Little Swimmer: Week 4b

Today marked the end of Week 4. Hudson is progressing well, and I'm confident he will learn all his skills by the end of six weeks. He is floating better, but he still needs to learn to keep his legs straight. He's relaxed but just hasn't learned to straighten his legs. Also this week, Hudson has practiced swimming to the side, which he is starting to get the hang of. Hudson does very well with holding his breath underwater, so this helps a lot during the lessons because he can hold it for a while when trying to swim to the side.

After 4 weeks, two of the kids have graduated, AnnaBelle and Jaxon. The other 5 (including Hudson) will probably go the full 6 weeks. I am giving each little swimmer a gold medal when they graduate from swim school. Today, AnnaBella, Jaxon and Chase got theirs. Chase actually completed swim school last year but took a few refresher lessons this week, so he got a medal too.
