My dear Luke,
Today is your 1st birthday, which is bittersweet for me. I have enjoyed bonding with you and watching you mold into a little person over this past year. However, you are growing up too fast!! There are times when I want you to stay that tiny little baby who I hold in my arms all day long, and there are other times when I enjoy watching you grow and explore the world. You have such a fun-loving and carefree spirit! You also have determination, spunk, and a sense of humor! You will make some woman very lucky one day! In the meantime, I enjoy being the only woman in your life, and you will always hold that special place in my heart as my dear little Luke! I love you so much! Happy 1st Birthday!
