Trick or Treat

Trick or Treating was SO FUN this year! I was very excited about it because I knew what a blast Hudson would have! In fact, he had so much fun that he's been talking about it ever since!

We went trick-or-treating in Denton with the whole gang, who included Tyler, Chase, Stella, Jaxon, Joshua, AnnaBella, Ethan and Wesley. Our group consisted of a fairy, pooh bear, dino, frog, pig, pirate, puppy dog, cowboy, and two spidermen. My cousins, the Hoods, also joined us with their four kids who are older but enjoy watching the little ones.

Hudson had a blast trick-or-treating! After the first couple houses, we decided to spread our group out because it was kind of hectic with all 10 kids going to the door at once. We started around 7:00 and hit about 15 houses. At each one, Hudson said "Trick or Treat" in a tiny voice, which is quite uncharacteristic for our normally clamorous chatterbox. Hudson was very excited about his pumpkin full of candy! When we got back, he immediately pulled out his M&Ms and said "Mommy, Open It!" Before I knew it, he was finished and bringing me some more M&Ms... "Mommy, Open It!" I bet I can guess what Hudson's favorite candy is!

Luke rode around on Matthew's chest in the Bjorn, and he enjoyed himself the whole time, watching all of the kids run around.

We had such a fun time trick-or-treating, and I can't wait until next year when Luke can run up to the houses with his big brother! After all of that fun, we were definitely worn out!!! Chasing around two boys amongst a bunch of toddlers who are on a sugar high and awake past their bedtime... CRAZY (but fun)!
