I was excited when earlier this week my friend, Jennifer, invited us to come over for dinner last night. We don't get to hang out with them as often as we'd like since we live across the metroplex from each, so it's quite a treat to see them! Us adults enjoyed visiting while the kids played. Emily even shared her jewelry:

The kids enjoyed playing on the swingset before dinner. Shawn and Jennifer served some excellent fajitas and southwestern black bean salad, along with outstanding guacamole dip.
