Our "little" Hudson is now getting so big! Just yesterday, I was noticing how much he's grown, both physically and intellectually. Here are some things we'd like to remember about Hudson right now:
- Hudson will ask me each and every day, "What are we doing tomorrow?". That's definitely a sign that we are a busy busy family! He's always excited to find out what lies ahead and will wake up in the morning excited for what's to come that day!
- Hudson's has become quite the collector. In his new room, he has dedicated a drawer in his nightstand for all of his favorite things. These are things he wants to hold onto, things that are special to him that day, and things that he wants to be exclusively his (rather than his brother's). He will also hold onto items for safe keeping. For example, my friend left her iPhone charger at our house, and Hudson immediately asked if he can keep it in his drawer for her until she comes back. Also, Papa left his sunglasses here a few weeks ago, and Hudson jumped at the opportunity to hold onto them for him as he put them in "his drawer".
- Hudson is a fantastic baseball player. If we ask him what his two favorite sports are, without hesitation, he'll reply baseball and golf. Matthew is already thinking about starting golf lessons with him soon!
- He loves to ask questions and is learning all sorts of new things. We are often amazed at what he obsorbs and remembers these days.
- His favorite show is Octonauts.
