Field Trip

Hudson's class took a field trip to McDonalds today.  What a fun time we all had!  Since McDonalds is across the street from the school, we were able to walk.  The school had their food already ordered when we got there based on what the kids had requested.  They ate and played while us moms visited.  It was a lot of fun!

When we returned to the class, we presented the teachers with their end of year gift.  Heather and I collected money from the parents for a gift card and we put together a cute little book.  The first few pages of the book were pictures of the class together as well as a collage of silly faces of each child.  We filled the rest of the book with a picture of each child and on the opposite side was a drawing from each child saying what they like about that teacher.  These were Hudson's two drawings.

We put the gift cards in a cute personalized acrylic tumbler for each teacher.  They loved their gifts!!  And they especially loved the thoughtful art book from the kids!

We blinged out the front of each of their books with their initial and added a flower

They both loved their personalized tumblers with their gift cards!

Here's a picture of the tumblers. The other two pictured were for Luke's teachers.
