Hudson just completed his first week of swim lessons and is doing great! I am a proud Mommy! Kim, the instructor, said that Hudson is doing excellent with holding his breath underwater. Also, he is trusting Kim more and crying less now. In fact, Hudson really likes Miss Kim! He always tells her bye when she leaves, and yesterday he even blew her some kisses (without anyone asking him to). Every morning when I ask Hudson, "Do you want to go swimming today?", he replies, "OK!". He also really looks forward to the sucker he gets after his lesson! I can't wait to see what he'll learn next week!
Not only do I enjoy watching Hudson during his lesson, but I have lots of fun watching the other kids too! It's nice to get together with our friends every morning for some swim/play time. Also, once a week we all bring lunch and stay to swim for a while afterward. It's a fun way to enjoy the outdoors during the summer while staying (somewhat) cool!
