Swim Lessons

Today was the first day of Hudson's infant survival swim lessons. We will be going Monday-Thursday for 4-6 weeks (however long it takes Hudson to learn everything). The swim school is located in Decatur ; however, so we don't have to drive to Decatur each morning, my cousin set up a block of time where the instructor comes to my cousin's pool to teach a group of us. Each child has a private 10 minute lesson. This morning, the instructor just worked on getting Hudson used to her and the pool. These first two days, I am supposed to get in with him and the instructor; however, I can't get into the pool until 8 weeks after my surgery, so Sarah helped Hudson today. The instructor said that Hudson will probably start going under water tomorrow. She didn't want to start him with that today since he's still a little timid. I like that these lessons are private, so she can work on the individual needs of each child. I can't wait to see Hudson learn to float!
