Best Friends

These two guys are the very best of friends!  I thought it would be fun to let them sleep together last night.  They chose Hudson's bed, which was perfect because we are switching Luke to his toddler bed when we move.  So this gave him some practice!  These two were absolutely the cutest little things in bed together.  They had their faces almost touching they were so close as they were talking and giggling before going to sleep.  This made for some precious video!  We shot some video through a crack in the door when they didn't know.  They were talking and giggling as two best friends do.  We let them play for about 20 minutes then I went in and told them they needed to settle down to go to sleep.  After giggling a few minutes more, I went back in to warn them that if they didn't go to sleep I'd have to put Luke back in his bed.  Hudson didn't want that at all!  He cuddled up next to Luke and said, "Good Night, Luke".  Luke responded, "Nigh-Night, Hudson".   P-R-E-C-I-O-U-S  We didn't hear another peep out of those two.  I check on them about 15 mintues after that, and they were both fast asleep and stayed that way until after Matthew and I woke up in the morning.  This started a fun new tradition!  Those two will enjoy the "fun nights" when they can sleep together in the future!
