- Luke weighs 18 lbs 15 oz.
- He is still in 6-12 month clothing and size 2-3 diaper. Although, some of his 6-9 month one piece outfits are starting to get too short in the legs.
- He now has two teeth on the bottom.
- He just started doing what I call the "crinkle-nose smile", which Hudson also did around this age. I love it! It's so precious!
- Luke is "talking" much more now and putting sounds together.
- His laugh is hilarious...He gasps air in as if trying to catch his breath.
- Also, when he laughs or gets excited he will bury his face into your neck, as if he's shy. It's so precious, and I love the snuggling!
- He has started to play some standing up on his play table.
- All of a sudden, Luke has become a huge fan of the paci. He can now put it in his mouth himself, and he loves to do this whenever one is in his reach.
- He will blow us kisses now, which is basically him smacking his lips together.
- He can hold his own bottle.
- He loves to eat his puffs, and he can now pick them up with two fingers rather than in a fist.
- He's starting to understand and follow simple instructions, such as "clap your hands" and "give me a kiss".
- When we put him up on all fours, he's almost figured out how to crawl. He will move forward with his hands and one leg, but hasn't figured out how to keep moving forward with the other leg.
- He's a big fan of sleeping and still takes two naps a day. Also, he used to wake up once almost every night crying for us to give him his paci, and he stopped doing that a few weeks ago too, which is very nice!
- He still has separation anxiety and will often cry if he sees me leave his sight.
Showing off his "crinkle-nose smile"
Here it is again...
Check out my two teeth!
