Things that make me SMILE!

• When Hudson doesn't get his way, he will sometimes pout.  I know shocking- a two year old who pouts!  When he's finished with his pouting episode, he will tell me, "Mommy, I'm happy now!"

• Hudson and I were being silly the other day, and I started talking about Halloween.  After asking Hudson what he wanted to be for Halloween, I asked him what he says when he goes trick-or-treating.  His response, "Cock-a-doodle-doo!".  I could not stop laughing at this, especailly because he was just saying this to be funny!

• Tonight when Matthew was working in the yard, Hudson started talking to him through the window, "Daddy, come join us!".  Precious!

• Luke and Hudson have their own language.  They will carry on a conversation with each other; although it's not English.  Hudson will mimick Luke's baby talk when replying to him as if he knows exactly what he's saying.

• Each night, I sing to Luke before bedtime.  It doesn't matter where Hudson is in the house or what he's doing; he will run into Luke's room where we are and listen.  When I'm finished he always says, "Good Job Mommy!" and then gives Luke a kiss goodnight before running out to continue on his way.
